Production Timeline

Every EBS suit is freshly manufactured, not pre-made or stocked.

• Standard production time: 7 working days
• For bulk or multi-piece orders, please contact our team for exact delivery schedules

We start crafting your suit as soon as we receive:

• Complete body measurements
• Final design confirmation
• Full payment

Worldwide Shipping

We ship directly from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan to riders all around the globe.
Once your gear is complete, we provide you with a tracking number and ship it as a gift parcel to avoid unnecessary import issues.

Typical delivery times:

• Pakistan to UK: 6–7 days
• International (Europe, Middle East, North America, etc.): 9–15 days

Returns & Support

We stand by the quality of every EBS product. If there’s a manufacturing defect or your suit doesn’t match the approved design, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging only.
Please note:

• We do not offer returns on items made with incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• A 30% restocking fee applies for items returned without original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Contact us before returning any product — items sent without communication may not be processed
